Wiecie, że uwielbiam twórczość Corinne Michaels, sięgam po każdą kolejną jej powieść i każda trafia w moje gusta. Tym razem w moje ręce wpadła kolejna książka z serii Salvation — Indefinite. Pamiętacie Quinna? Przyjaciele Liama? To właśnie historia jego i Ashton. 

Ta książka jest jednocześnie podobna i trochę różne od poprzednich. Podobne, bo mamy tutaj dwójkę bohaterów, którzy pragną miłości, rodziny i szczęścia. Inna, ponieważ tutaj bohaterowie nie mają łatwej i ładnej historii. Kłócą się, sprzeczają, walczą ze sobą. 

Ashton jest silną, niezależną a przy tym beznadziejnie zakochaną w Quinnie kobietą. Od zawsze pragnęła męża, dziecka, rodziny, jednak jej związek z Quinnem nie należy do prostych. Mają swoje wzloty i upadki, ich drogi się schodzą i rozchodzą. Tym razem wszystko wygląda na to, że rozeszli się na dobre... 

Quinn to mężczyzna poślubiony armii. Żyje, oddycha i walczy dla kraju. Nikogo nigdy nie postawił ponad służbę. Nawet Ashton. Chociaż jego zachowanie względem niej nie jest w porządku, to i tak bardzo szybko zyskał moją sympatię. 

Corinne Michaels stworzyła książkę, która jest bardzo życiowa, poruszająca i pełna emocji. Relacja Quinna i Ashton jest burzliwa, bardzo dynamiczna, ciągle się zmienia. Bardzo podoba mi się sposób, w jaki autorka poprowadziła tę książkę, to jak skonstruowała całą relację bohaterów, nie tylko głównych, ale także jak wplotła rodzinę Ashton w całą tę historię. Za zakończenie miałam ochotę zamordować Corinne, bo takich rzeczy się po prostu nie robi... 

Indefinite to pełna emocji książka o miłości i rodzinie. Poruszająca, wzruszająca, ale przy tym także zabawna powieść, która wciąga od pierwszych stron. Uważam ją za najlepszą powieść tej autorki.
